After 6 months of my break up I still feeling depressed. Feels like I can't move on from her. My 8 years relationship left with tears. My daily routine has me with no energy, not productive? How to over come this ?

It can be hard to overcome something like a break up. Feeling like you have no energy and not able to be productive is understandable. It can be hard to set goals but they are rather helpful when trying to bounce back from things like this. Making sure that the goals are manageable and not too time consuming is rather important. Also maybe you could reward yourself after doing that task. It's ok to feel this way about someone and 8 years is a really long time so I understand why you might feel even worse because of it.
