I'm an HSP and every time I fall in love I get really sick. This time I have a huge crush on a guy and I lost a lot of weight and had extreme stomach aches. Can someone relate to this?

I can somewhat relate because I'm also HSP. With me though, I get sick when things end. I mean, I literally go through all the stages of grief, can't eat, get 'runny bum' (stress diarrhea), knots in my stomach, lack of affect, either can't sleep when I want to or sleep constantly coz it hurts too much to be awake feeling. As you know, we are FAR more sensitive than most people & emotional things (good or bad) can & DO overwhelm us. Trust me, I know how difficult it is. Since we're born HSP, we know no different but getting OTHERS to understand is the hard part.
