Well I would try to talk a few deep breaths to calm yourself down. Usually trying to talk things out could be of help. Positive communications always gives good results! Maybe something has been bothering you and you feel resentment towards them. Here on 7cups we offer support for people who need someone to listen and chat with. You are always welcome to try that route. There are qualified therapists on this website that can also be available to help. If you have a Doctor and want someone to counsel you, that is a referral you will probably get .
