My dad really wants me to try Volleyball, Tennis, or Golf. I want to try running and an art class. He supports me but keeps asking anyway, and it's making me stressed. Suggestions?

Voice your opinion. Tell him what you feel. No matter how hard it is to tell him, tell him anyways. Tell him this is my opinion and if you know whats best for me let me do running and art classes. You should do what you love. No one elses opinion should matter. If your dad truly cares he will accept it. If he gets mad oh well you do you. You have the free will to do what ever you want. The key words are you want. Not what others want you to do. Someone told me this and it made me feel better.

Be open and honest with your dad. If there are activities that you would like to participate in then tell him that. He may be trying to push you into multiple areas because he has no idea what you are interested in and probably just wants you to keep your options open. If you start a dialogue with him about what you would like to do then I'm sure he will support your decision and who knows, maybe try one of the activities he wanted you to do in order to compromise and maybe try something new you did not necessarily think you wanted to do but could end up being a great new experience for you!
