I usually take a deep breath and count till ten , if it's some minor chore I just do it but I do express my displeasure in a calm way so they know that I'm not doing the thing out of my own will but respect for them, however I don't have much experience with them making me do bigger things so I cannot provide an accurate answer, in the few occasions that this has happened however i try and make them see reason rather get angry and bicker with them regarding the issue, it's better to calm yourself and talk to them later
