There are so many reasons I could give on this subject, but I will restrict my answers to just a few. Sometimes a man may feel the child is not theirs, sometimes they just don't want to take the responsibility of owning up to it because they do not want the financial responsibility. Sometimes it is because they don't have the confidence that they can be a dad. Often times in our culture today have to raise these children alone and our boys grow up never learning what a father image is and therefore can not implement or mimic what they don't know. Trying to be something that you have never seen before is like trying to find your way in the dark. It is things such as these that can cause a man to be in denial of his own child.
