Panic attacks are complicated, and part of it is figuring out what causes them. Is it a particular situation you can avoid or minimize the impact of?
Plan ahead and practice techniques you can use when you have panic attacks: mindfulness meditation, and mindful breathing, especially. Tune into your senses and notice what you see, smell, touch and taste.
If you are having a panic attack, try and focus on something else. I like to count how many objects of one surtain color are in the room.
