I am suffering from panic attack whenever I go out of my house...my actions and thoughts just go out of control.breathing is not helping..can u help??

I don't know if this well help you but I can tell you what helps me with my panic attacks in pubic places I tap on my leg or I starting nameing the thing in the place. Music also helps me if you really focus on the lyrics of the song, And the last thing that I just realized that helped me is talking to someone that you know in the place I realized that when I was in the store with her and I was focusing on what my mom was saying and responding. to her. I really never talked to her in public places because my axitey is really bad so I cant really focus. That all I have hopefully one thing I said helps you

You may need to leave with someone by your side, they can guide your focus away from your panic attack by asking simple questions like your favorite color. If that isnt possible, you need to begin to force yourself to focus on your surrounding before you leave the door. Right when you exit, rapid fire name what you see around, what you smell, what you hear. Every time act as though it is your first time, dont start to think of this as a habit. If your focus begins to slip and you begin an attack, focus on your fingers and use them to countdown out loud from 10. Do one thing every time a finger goes down, ex. 10 things I can see, 9 fun words, 8 of my friends, etc. It will be extremely hard and uncomfortable, dont stop because you cant do it. At first it will be extremely hard, but if you stop because it doesnt work the first time. It wont work unless you give 100%.
