A coach or a mentor are ideal because they'll have been through the fire before and will help you sort out if you're just going through a rough time or if your negative feelings are a valid evaluation of your company's condition. Losing faith in your company is rough, but one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself is giving permission to move on. If you're in the career of starting companies, keep in mind the goal of each startup is to develop yourself as a better entrepreneur. If you're trying to get rich quick, this won't be helpful. But if you're in the long game, trying to build a career of great companies, jobs for others and benefit to the world, regardless of the financial success of this company, you win. You're improving your entrepreneurial system, which, in the grand scheme of things, is much more important than any particular endeavor. If you want to talk further, I'd be happy to.

Some one u trust will be a start. Be wise in whom u tell things too and make sure that he person u tell it to shares the same thinking as u and is trust-able.

When I lost faith in my friends especially my so called best friend, the person I reached out to was my mom. She knows me better than anybody and tough we might not always get along I know the love and bond a mother shares with her child has no boundaries and compensation. Therefore my 911 is my mom who is always ready to hear me vent out without judging and providing me with the best advice I could ever get.

Most of the things that I see and heard is how evil humans are toward each other. Human in nature are evil and selfish though I know there are still good but it seems like evil outweigh good. Lately there are things happen in my life which lessen my belief on positive things and losing my faith in humanity. Of course there is a part of me that don't want this to happen but my reasons why I should trust again is shattering.

You can talk to the good people of 7 cups if you are looking for a listener to vent to. I would also suggest finding a few mentors, one in the company and one outside who can guide you.
