I am finally at peace with myself 💞. Got the courage to go and speak with the woman at work that I walked away from.
Some comedy of errors led to her thinking I never wanted to speak to her again and same for myself.
I was a bag of nerves in full blown panic attack but everything worked outand now we are at least on speaking terms and I can not believe the weight that has lifted from my broken heart. I no longer have emotional episodes hourly, haven't had a breakdown since speaking with her last Thursday.
@braindamag3 that shows a lot of courage to approach her.

I can't believe how much my body is at peace after talking to her.
Virtually no anxiety, panic attacks or emotional breakdowns since.
@braindamag3 that is a sign of how much energy was tied up in this situation.
I now have a reading nook and a book drawer <3

A medical test came back normal for my age group.
The goats behaved themselves. Despite having an opportunity to escape, they didn't.
I planted some seedlings and they are looking great.

Even better, they turn the grass into milk. I bet your lawn mower can't do that 😉
But they are inconveniently selective. The plant with your favorite flowers, of course they will eat that one, in preference to the grass. Sometimes I wish my lawn mowers didn't have a mind of their own.

What is going well for me this month is I am now 17 days withojut a cigarette I have not smoked 684 cigarettes since I stopped. I am proud of myself next will be not to vape often b ut one task at a time

What went well this week was my time off from my job. I finished my music appreciation with an A! I needed the boost for my GPA. I also found 7 Cups and other platforms to gain not only experience but education in how to be a good listener and so much more.
