Community Liaision Account!
Hi All!
As many of your know, @Heather, @Iara, @Amelia and I all get many Private Messages every week! In order to better communicate with the community, we have set up a Community Liasion account that ALL users are welcome to message for extra help & to get questions answered.
You can find it here.
To start we will have @Dillion helping to respond to people who use this account. Dillion is an Ambassador who has a positive, supportive voice. He is knowledgeable about the community and will be able to help answer questions.
If this project is successful, we may add more people to help manage this account.
Please feel free to message this account if:
1) Questions about active listening skills
2) Questions about how to get more involved in the community & who to talk to to get involved
3) Questions about listener or member rejections.
Note: Please do not include specific information about why your account was rejected. Make sure to refer to the support FAQ first. If you message us, we will point you to the Account Review Request form. If you need to report a bahviour about a listener, please leave a review, or if you need to report a fellow member, please email our Community Team.

How do I view my posts for Forums? I think I posted in the What If Forum and the What's one thing that keeps you going every day Forum. I want to see my posts and any replies I may have.

The best way to see your posts is to just visit the individual threads. At this time we don't have a list of threads you have posted to or subscribed to, but you will get a notification when someone tags you or posts on a thread you are subscribed to

notice how your name is above with the @ sign before it. This happens when you hit the reply button. Hopefully people reply to your posts and you will get notified in the messages.
Since you seem to be looking for ones you started you can go to this page https://www.7cups.com/forum/
and type in the Search Forum box safeandsoundta and hit Enter key. Then wait and when it is done searching you will see any posts that your name appears in. Just search for the ones you started by scrolling down. this is what I got, just one forum with perhaps multiple posts https://www.7cups.com/forum/search.php?searchForum=safeandsoundta
When you get to the page click CTRL key and F key at the same time. A box appears at top and you type in safeandsoundta and you can click on up or down arrows to find entries.
A Spanish version can help my experiencie here...

@carefulSail6108 Just the group rooms aren't in Spanish for moderation purposes. We have a bunch of listeners who speak Spanish if that's your preferred language. Hi I am about 7 days into being a Listener, and I must say, I am loving it. One small question, is it possible to make changes in our profile bio?
@Ashore34 I'm glad you're loving 7 Cups! If you got the "Me" tab then "My settings" there should be an option to change your bio.

thank you so much! But when I edit and try to save, the changes are not registered. There is message flag which says, this name is taken :). I am sure I am doing something wrong
@Ashore34 - Not sure what might be going on, but you could try submitting a support ticket (Community > Support and Feedback), or if you want, you can PM me and I may be able to make the change for you if it's a simple text change. :)

If the username you are choosing is already taken you can't save it of course. That is not a bug.
Just like I would want to change it from cristiana33 to cristiana but because there is already someone with that username I can't do it.
Try to save your description without anything written in the username box and see if it lets you save.

You can change your profile picture under "me" and "my settings" :)

@soothingBeauty36 if you go up to the top of your page, there should be a tab called "Me" then you press that and more options will appear. Then there should be something called "Settings" and you click that. (You have to be on the website version and not the app)

Once you are signed up, you will get requests from Members / Guests, and you can accept their invitation!

@cassandraxx - We don't have listener training on the app (yet) -- so you need to sign up in a browser, but then as a listener you can definitely use the app to help folks.

New here..I downloaded this app like 20 minutes ago lol...how do I change my profile picture and add people as friends or whatever?
@hiitsmindy hi! In order to change your profile picture, you have to make sure you have reached the requirements (200+ growth points) you can earn those by connecting to listeners, doing mindfulness activities and so on. After that, you will have to switch to the website version of 7 Cups to change your profile pic as the app doesn't have a way to add/change a profile picture just yet!

How does this all work?

@charmingWalker2438 yes- if you want to chat you can connect to a listener 1-1 or enter a group room! :D We are the 7 Cups... 7 Cups isn't something you do, it's just the name of the site! It's named after a poem about recovery!:-) https://www.7cups.com/about/howitworks.php this may also be of some help!
I don't get this app at all! I just posted a question about it but I can't find it anywhere. I don't get the feeds - this is really confusing?!
@charmingWalker2438 I answered your question:) it's on the page right before this one. And feed posts are just for some positive posts like inspirational quotes or funny gifs:)

You can think about the feed as the news feed on Facebook if you use it. You can post all sorts of things in there (of course, following our guidelines) and you can also follow other members/listeners to keep in touch with more people of our community! Many post different announcements or events so it's nice to have more people in there as well.
