...See more So I hadn't been able to get into cups for a while but im back .. I am checking in with the morning report . Ive recently moved still in the process .. started a new job .. after 7 years ..im doing dietary at a facility 2 minutes down the road from my apartment.. I think I like it . Its just hard on my back .. but i have an appointment with my doctor to talk to her about it and see what we can do to fix it or at least make it less painful.. My friend called me the ither day to tell me two of my favorite dogs had passed away from the heat whike she was in the hospital ..ugh I also have 2 that I need to put down due to their failing health . Life is lifing and I cant keep up ..so how about you guys ? Are you all doing good still?

...See more Hey there, I’m a 52-year-old woman feeling a bit frustrated with my 75-year-old mom. She spends most of her time playing mobile games and watching *** Reel videos, often neglecting to clean up after herself or do the dishes. This isn’t the first time I’ve noticed this behavior; it reminds me of when I was growing up. I know she’s perfectly capable of taking care of her own mess. How do I handle this? Or how can I handle this while visiting?

...See more I'm a loser. I have nothing going for myself, never did.  All I have is deep wounds that get deeper with age, and trauma that becomes more traumatic as I age.  In my late 40s. Never had a job due to disability, never been a looker, never had a good body, never had good skin. My body and skin have always been scarred filled, from trauma and abuse and my body keloids so I have those all over .. Nobody ever befriended me, I've always been bullied my whole schooling years.. when I first entered school at 5 I was bullied and isolated. I've never had someone shown a genuine interest in me and wanted to be my friend or include me. I've never had a friend, never had any genuine people who wanted to be with me romantically and in a relationship. They'd lie, pretend, use me and discard me like trash, often ghosting me or making up something to exit my life. No kids, no husband, no friends, no long term partner, no family, no one really talks to me unless they see me collecting mail or packages and they can't get away before I spot them ..and it's always an obligated forced good morning, and their eyes roam and a sense of urgency to get away from me as soon as possible when they ask me how I'm doing.  Their eyes always pleading for me just to say fine so they can leave. I stay in my bed mostly , only to get up and handle the absolute necessary. I don't go anywhere. I am house bond. Which I prefer ..but sometimes it often gets lonely and depressing .. especially when I people watch from my window. I just mostly doom scroll all day or sleep.  I live around a bunch of people and no one ever checks on me or even thinks of sending the cops over to do a wellness check....when I accidentally see people who live in the area after a long time ..I usually get people pretending they care saying that they haven't seen me in a long time, and wondered if I still lived here. I've also lived in the same house since I was 11.. same bedroom...never lived anywhere else.  I also just cry a lot about all the trauma and things that have always been my life.  Everything within me is depressing and pitiful. If we ever go anywhere..I can't wait to ctb

...See more I feel lost empty abandoned numb depressed unclaimed unloved uncared for, not needed a burden. Even though my biological parents were terrible, neglectful, stuck non thriving people...They were mine. I belonged to them even if they didn't want me. My biological mother passed away when I was 13..my bio mom use to apologize to us because she didn't terminate and how basically we weren't what she wanted now my alleged biological father in March .. he never was in my life, just would rarely come and go to just see my mom never interacting with us... he also told us that he never wanted us, that he told our mom to terminate but she didn't listen, how our existence basically ruined everything...i was around two when he said it right to our faces...now they're both gone. Their lives are completed. it just leaves me with an unsettling empty feeling. Complex grief. I feel hurt, I feel angry, I feel relieved, I feel depressed..i feel...until I don't anymore..which is never.. They don't exist anymore. There are no answers, no closure, nothing they can provide me with ..the things that only they can give me or should..parts of me are permanently gone.. .then my foster mom and her family are still terrible towards me and with the health problems and everything im going through it's too much
