HI Epi! Many thanks for the tag my friend! Oh my gosh, I promise you, you have been on my mind. I found that forum post that I have searched for, for so very long. I have it book marked and especially to pass along to you! I know once I mentioned it, you told me you wanted to see it as well if I could ever find it. I promise, I didn't forget about you!
For me, when the universe speaks, I listen! 
What a beautiful day in that I was tagged by you and "wormie" is one of your faves (I wish I knew how to put "wormie" here in forum posts, but it's not listed as an emoji available, I'd have to figure out how to do it from a chrome book). It's my all time fave and the way I see things, it is in direct alignment with Glens forum post that I was looking for (well, at least my thoughts and feelings about the wonderful "wormie" emoji and what it represents for me). For me, my favorite emoji represents his thoughts and feelings about it all.
No worries, I have that forum post. Interestingly enough, I have found out that as much as I love those words in that forum post from Glen, someone else saw value in it too. To the degree (from what I have heard) somehow that forum post is presented to others when they choose the self care break option from their settings page! What the what? 
Ahhh, all feels right in the world and I knew I was on to something! The fact that someone included that to me is sheer brilliance!
