Hello, 7 Cups Family!
In the spirit of February's theme, The Heart of Connection, we are reminded that the strongest bridges between us are built through small, intentional acts of kindness.
Our caring community is at work each day, supporting and uplifting each other through various acts of compassion. Listeners, leaders, and members alike - it could be anyone contributing positively, demonstrating our values, and making a difference through little acts.
Have you witnessed someone going above and beyond? Did a specific person make your day a little brighter? Now is the time to give them the spotlight!

I deeply appreciate the kindness she has shown towards myself, I truly believe if it were not for her. I would have walked away from 7 Cups and still be very depressed and high anxiety.

Very well said, quiet by nature! I think this site is a lot easier to use on a computer than a phone, but since I'm on the app and I use talk to text a lot, I can't tag you or I would tag you too!

I am thankful for all of the people like @Amanda84 (hopefully I spelled it correctly). Upvoting?? my ramblings whether or not they are honestly read does show that the many different things that we write here is recognized and valid. No judgement, and even if no message is added to those ramblings, it is still an important thing to me. I apologize to any and all of those that I can't remember who deserves this same recognition.
