I feel a smile is the simplest thing that tells us if someone is happy (fake smiles at bay lol), but the genuine one, it's when even our eyes have a shiny twinkle to express our joy, and when our lips curve into a smile.
When we smile, our brain releases tiny molecules called neuropeptides to help fight off stress, other very beneficial neurotransmitters like endorphins, serotonin comes into play too, which help us feel lighter and better.
The best part? The benefits of a smile are not just limited to us, but one smile creates a ripple effect ~ smiles are contagious, we see someone smiling and I guess the most instant reaction would be to smile at them too ~ isn't that one amazingly infectious loop of happiness? 😃

Now that's exactly what we plan to do, we will all form a huge loop of contagious happiness and pass on smiles. Sounds great?

Something that makes me smile at present is watching haikyuu! I am loving the show, and I have noticed just talking about it brings me a smile too. Just like that show, there are little things in my life for which I am extremely grateful!
