**AND ANY & ALL THAT WOULD LIKE TO SHARE WITH US~
⛄ This past week was a mix of things... Last weekend in coming fully off the Holiday season, it was spent getting ready to jump back into regular routines... Sat/Sun was spent getting back on track with usual weekend Workouts/classes, and finally getting all the Christmas Decor taken down... The weekend itself was mild so, we also got out & about for a bit of post holiday shopping & errands.~
❄️ As the first full week of the year has started back off, my schedule of things Including my Fitness classes have shifted & changed a bit slightly... All for the good thankfully...And I've also dropped one class, in lieu of one I like better... Plus I get to sleep in a bit more on a few of those days.. So that's a huge bonus as I get to work on better sleep goals... But I got fully & completely back on track with everything pertaining to my personal monthly goals. And kept greatly on track with much improved Hydration during this Winter month... It was pretty mild through the week as well for January, so was able to get out & about for walks with the Pup through the week.. There were also a few appointments to stay on top off that were squeezed in as well.~ And Had a few familial wellness issues with a few family members, but, everyone is attended to, well & getting on track with & staying on top of things..~
⛄This weekend ahead, the weather will not be as cooperative as the past weeks was... but, I'll continue to stay on track with my personal goals, get that activity/workouts in for the weekend... And at the minimum, follow-up with & take care of a few more Post-holiday errands... Even though all the decorations are down, I still have to get the Tree itself down & put away, so will work on that too... Also Looking forward to a little rest & relaxation & to focus on some self-care time afterwards, while preparing for the week ahead~
HAPPY WEEKEND~
@PoliteOcean Going back a week ago on Saturday I took a shower. Also I took an IQ test and I have an IQ of 132. That's pretty good but when I was in high school it was 141. Monday I got a massage. Tuesday Justyce had the day off. My sister Kathryn sent me a new NKJV Bible. I went to the library 3 times and went for a walk twice. I did my laundry. Thursday I went to see my alternative medicine practitioner. I'm starting on 3 new supplements. Jiaoguan, NMNH, and lemon balm extract. Wednesday I think I passed a huge psychological obstacle. I can't say for sure what it is but I think it's that I don't have to justify my existence anymore. I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off of my shoulders. I'm currently reading my commentary on Psalms, "Germinal" by Zola and poems by John Keats. I think Leslie has a bizarre psychological agenda for me. For this upcoming week I have a chiropractor appointment on Monday. Justyce says she still wants to go to phlebotomy school but doesn't have a time frame yet. That's great because I don't want to have to look for a new caretaker. I had a nice chat with my friend Bill. I like talking to him but he only wants to talk about his ailments which is boring as an only topic of conversation. I asked him questions about his previous life but he didn't answer. I'm going to continue with my French Literature theme for a few more weeks.
@Regmo
Hey Regmo~ That’s good that you were able to get in a shower, a massage, get out to the library 3 times, 2 walks, got your laundry done, & kept up with your med appt… that definitely sounds like quite a busy & productive week for you. It was as nice of your sister to send you a new Bible as well. And that you were also able to chat with your friend Bill.. It’s also good that you came to some psychological realizations for yourself that proved to be positive for you. As well continuing to keep up with your reading interests. I’d have to agree in that I can understand you not wanting to have to look for another caretaker as I know that has been a process for you in the past… As well as being involved in a conversation where it’s only “one-sided”. Or only stuck on one topic that isn’t of interest. Maybe some day you could try asking him about his previous life again & he might surprise you & open up?! And Possibly giving you something more to talk about going forward. Some people it might take a longer time with to open up & feel comfortable. Thanks for checking in to share your week & continue to keep us updated.
@PoiteOcean
Hii Ocean!! 💝 Hope you're doing great 🤗✨
I’m genuinely grateful that you keep checking up on our well-being — it means a lot 💐💜
What small step have u created, put in place, (or plan to make) to move forward in them?!
Honestly, I’ve been drowning in my studies. I procrastinate a lot, and after failing badly, I developed a fear of trying again. So I kept avoiding it. But I also kept thinking about getting back on track. And today, I finally took a small step. It wasn’t much, but it was a start — and I’m grateful for that. I really hope I can grow from here and do my best 💐
I’m also planning to focus on my physical health. Even small physical activities can be my first step, so I’m trying to spend more time on myself 🤗✨ Hope it goes well too 💖
WHAT is something that you feel helps in making you Not only "feel good", but that also helps in "Boosting Your Self Esteem"?!
For me, it’s prayer and books 🌸🏵️
Prayer gives me peace, keeps me grounded, and strengthens my faith.
Books give me perspective, knowledge, wisdom, confidence, and problem-solving skills.
If a famous artist could stop by and sing for me?
Definitely Lana Del Rey (つ≧▽≦)つ
What were your "Highlights or Stuggles" of the week?... How were you able to work through your Challenge in Healthy way?!
This week was messy emotionally. I felt anxious, restless, irritated by tiny things, and disconnected from everyone. I was scared, grumpy, overwhelmed — just mentally suffocated.
But somehow, my faith pulled me toward prayer. I cried, I let everything out, and found peace again. My negative thoughts faded, and I felt healed. My faith reminded me I’m not alone 🤗💞
❄️ what is something else but "YOU" want to TALK about, Add, Or share with us this week?!... WE want to here from YOU-
I learned that negativity is normal — but staying stuck in it doesn’t help. Life isn’t a straight line. Goals come with obstacles. If victory came easily, it wouldn’t feel earned.
Just because we suffer now doesn’t mean it’s forever. There’s calm after storms. I can choose positivity even when I can’t control anything else. And when I shifted my mindset, I started noticing good things around me. I saw hope, improvement, and spiritual signs I used to overlook.
As a spiritual person, I don’t know how I forgot that my Lord is always with me, guiding me quietly from behind 🤗💜
It was long, but thank you for reading and being here for us 🤗✨
Sending love and blessings 💞
Hugs 🤗❤️

@Ailuraphilelove8tear9
Hi there! 👋🏼
Thank you so very much for your kind words. 😊 It’s so great to have you join in & share with us this week!
We’re so sorry to hear that you’re having difficulties with your studies & the procrastination... That can definitely be a challenge. But we think it’s so great that you were able to take & implement “small steps” to help you move forward & eventually help you to continue to grow into doing your best! And right now you are on track to doing your best by taking that first one small step, one day at a time! So Keep up the great work! 👍🏼
We think it’s awesome that you are also planning to focus on your physical health & wellbeing! And you are absolutely correct that even “smaller” physical activities can be a first step for you. As “EVERY Small step” adds up to even “Bigger” ones going forward!! You’ve got this!! 👏🏼👊🏼💪🏼
Ohh I love your response in that “Prayer” helps to boost your Self Esteem along with books! Prayer is an amazing thing! 🙏🏼.. Both Prayer & the right positive books & literature can help do so many wonderful, positive, healthy, things in our lives… Thank you for sharing that amazing response!
It sounds like you had quite a difficult & challenging week. And It’s definitely tough to feel all of those emotions at once or so close together…, But I would definitely have to agree at how Faith & Prayer can help pull us through those difficult times, days, negativities, & emotions. It’s definitely a powerful thing to feel that we are not alone when our Faith remains strong!
I love your “addition” at the end of your post. Thank you for sharing that with us. It truly hit home for me today on a personal level being a spiritual person myself. And you’ve reminded me of some things today as well when those negative thoughts can tend to get ahead of us! And I’m sure your words can & will help others here also! So again thank you for blessing us with that outlook. 🙏🏼
And thank you for checking in to share with us this week as well. It was lovely to hear from you. And we hope that you continue to keep us updated with how you’re doing & how things are going for you! Love, blessings, & hugs back to you! 😊

⛄ Hey all~ Welcome to the Weekend~... How did your first Full week of 2026 go?! It was ok. I'm still a lil bummed since I don't have a new job yet.

WHAT is Something that you feel helps in making you Not only "Feel good", but that also helps in "Boosting Your Self Esteem"?! Telling myself that I will make it.

@purpleTree4652
Hey there Tree~
So sorry to hear that things still haven’t come together on a job for you yet, but they will… 🙏🏼
I think it’s great that you are keeping active and working on yourself & goals through light exercises in the wait of it all. It’s definitely important to take care of ourselves during other stressing times & events... So good job to you there. 👍🏼
And I think that having a “Mantra” or positive Self-talk is a great way to boost Self Esteem & confidence in continuing to keep yourself going as you wait for all things to fall into place for you… And it’s great that you are reminding yourself that your job will inevitably come! And that you will in fact, “Make it”.~
John Lennon is a good choice! I like him too (& Love the Beatles)!
Thank you for checking in & sharing with us this week Tree, and keeping us updated on things. And please let us know how things are continuing to move along for you.

Hello!
I want to share that I had a challenge last week related to my self-esteem and appreciation. I'm grateful that I could work on finding therapeutic techniques to adjust the craving for appreciation and I could take great steps and I'm finalizing a journaling homework about self-esteem and self-appreciation. I was challenged by a criticism but I worked on it, too. What boosts my self-esteem can be a list I write for myself in which I thank myself and write my achievements.
Thanks for sharing this post!
@PoliteOcean
WHAT is Something that you feel helps in making you Not only "Feel good", but that also helps in "Boosting Your Self Esteem"?!
Being able to chat with a friend to help distract her whilst waiting for her 3rd spinal operation.
❄️JUST FOR FUN: If you could have ONE Famous Artist stop by, hang-out, & Sing for you WHO would it be?
Tom Jones
⛄What were your "Highlights or Struggles" of the week?... How were you able to work through your Challenges in a Healthy Way?!
Loneliness, definitely a work in progress both internal and external
@RunningMachine
That is wonderful that you were able to help support a friend during a challenging time. And that it helped to boost your own self esteem in knowing that you were able to be there for them as a good friend.
Sorry to hear that your struggles have been with loneliness. Many here have been through those same feelings & struggles, so you are not alone. 7cups is a wonderful place for all of those feelings & emotions of loneliness to come together and find the support that is needed! Just know that we are here to support you at Cups. Whether through Group Support chatrooms, The individual support Communities, or a Personal 1-1 chat with one of our many listeners to help navigate you through your feelings & help steer you through them.

@PolireOcean
Thank you, my friend's op see if gone well but only heard a few words from her as they are keeping her pumped full of morphine for the pain. I met her nearly 10 years ago now online when I helped her through a pulmonary embolism after her 1at spinal surgery.
For one reasons I can't even see my own responsea on the phone app.
@PoliteOcean
This is my first week with 7 Cups! Although the week isn't over yet, I'm really enjoying my internship thus far. It can be a little hard at times, but I think it's worth it!
As for a famous artist to sing to us? That'd have to be Harry Styles for me. I've been a fan for about, wow, I guess, 15 years now! I haven't been able to see him live since he's been solo, but I'd love the opportunity.
@madalyn777
Hello there & Welcome to 7cups! As well to the Healthy Living Community! I’m Ocean the Community Mentor Leader for Healthy Living… It’s great that you are enjoying your internship here at Cups so far. I’m sure you will learn a lot.
Ohhh I love Harry Styles too! I might be old skool, but I know a good singer with great music when I hear it! So good choice there! 👍🏼
Thank you for checking in to share with us this week & stopping by to say Hi! Don’t be a stranger & come back to visit us soon! ~
