Congratulations to our first Accountability Completionist!!
Big shout out to the first wellness champion to finish 30 days in our Wellness Accountability Challenge!

@ThadSterling approached the challenge with hope and optimism and displayed incredible grit by sticking with it and not letting missed days or no-progress days get him down. Thad's determination inspired me to keep going. Thad's even continuing the challenge, which is exactly what it's all about: building habits and pushing your limits to see how much you're capable of!
Congrats, Thad! We're so proud of you. You're modeling great accountability - keep it up!
Do you have any new years goals? Or maybe you're just neglecting your self-care? Make yourself accountable by taking this daily challenge!
I have no goals. Even if i did i have no follow through.

Hi H! πβ€οΈ *high fives* π on dropping the link here in the body of the forum post in the event others might be interested. Your timing is impeccable to bring up the concept of goals for the new year. At first blush, when reading about this program, my first inclination was to think how perfect and useful it will be for many after the holidays especially.
*high fives* π and *hugs* β€οΈ
@Heather225
Aww, thank you so much! I am trying not to cry lol! I have been really struggling to get back onto the challenge diligently because I would really love to see myself achieve my goals more consistently, whether life is easy or stressful. So this really motivates me to try again, with a bit of grace for myself, and stick to it again to at least see some improvement. Thank you so much!
My New Year's goals are really the same goals, to be honest! Yoga and meditation every day, journaling every day, more regular participation here on 7 cups, and drinking more water. I am currently looking for a better job (I was laid off unexpectedly from my last one, and although I did nothing wrong and have good references from my supervisors, it's very stressful for me) and my current goal is to get a better job than I had before.
Thank you again! I had been letting myself get a bit down on myself for not sticking to this, but I feel very encouraged to double down and at least complete another thirty days while holding myself accountable <3
Great work @ThadSterling! How did the program help?
congrats!
Congrats! You did so well!

Hi Thad! πβ€οΈ Great job! Woooo hooo! I hope you enjoyed the process! The program sounds amazing! I think it's really special that you are the very first one to complete it! β€οΈ You should be so very proud of yourself! I know I am! β€οΈ
What's also really special is that H is honoring you today, as well as, has used the words "true grit". Those are powerful words my friend and *true grit* is one of the 7 cups core values! Just so happens to be my very favorite one. I like them all but I feel like if you embrace the concept of *true grit* all of the rest of the 7 cups core values will quickly fall in line right behind it!
As an aside, thank you for bringing joy to the LSR when you come to visit! Stay great! π
*high fives* π and *hugs* β€οΈ
You were so passionate and enthusiastic in the huddle we did together also, so this isn't much surprising that you gave it your all and so consistently π congratulations @ThadSterling so proud!
@Heather225 Congratulations @ThadSterling Thank you for taking your small steps and practicing accountability. You inspired and set an example for many of us to try and do the same.
Please keep taking small steps.
@Heather225
@ThadSterling Congratulations πππ! Wishing you all the best!
