Hi! These look really great, I don't post in the forums much but I've been reading more posts in those different categories so it looks like most/all of these would make a great sc
I have a question :3 it says to vote for 3 to come this spring, there are a lot of options - for the ones that don't get enough votes, when will they come? If you have any plans or ideas ... Thank you

subcoms are created when they have a strong enough leadership to run as a subcom. This usually entails a feed, forum, and group support aspect. So this means the when depends entirely on the people stepping up in those categories :)

maybe I was wrong but I thought that every option on the voting form could become a sc this spring if it has more votes, assuming all listed on the form already have the leadership necessary to run them, it looks like a lot of work is put into them so I know they need a good team first
So assuming they already have the necessary leadership since they could be made into a sc in the next couple months, I wondered when the categories that aren't chosen would be made into a sc, when the next round would come out. But since they're asking for volunteers to help with the launch for these ones, I guess there probably wouldn't be enough sc leadership and interest available too soon

This is for gathering information on which categories we should recruit for based on pre-existing interest. A category will not automatically become a subcommunity from winning votes, you'll notice the survey also asks for people who are willing to lead it.
@MonBon yes, so it's asking more like, which categories the community would benefit most from, with support and interest and finding a team to lead those
I don't think I explained my question well at all :3 I think it was misunderstood because I asked it oddly but that's okay, it wasn't an important one anyways

@igetcha - Addiction and Self Harm already exist as Sub-communities with teams supporting them - I encourage you to check them out! Sexual Assault sits within our Traumatic Experiences Subcommunity which is also very active and has a great team supporting :)
