It's hard to feel any joy when you're hurting so much. It can help to make a wellness plan for yourself with self-care activities and exercise to reduce stress. 💙
I do that already.
But I feel all of that is dealing with symptoms, not the root cause.

My knee feels like it is slowly healing.
