I try to do new things regularly to push me beyond my fears, that's when you see your greatest strength, I did the tough mudder challenge, which is an obstacle course through tough terrain and it was great 💖

I did one of those years back. So much fun. I actually have a photo of my as my wallpaper on my phone to remind me of the warrior I am. ♥️

In what ways did you step out of your comfort zone in this year?
To be honest, I never felt or believed that I ever had a comfort zone of my own in my life and never cared about having one bc I always love doing new things and I never thought you could benefit from being in your comfort zone. I mean maybe sometimes it can be good but some people are just too addicted and won’t get out to experience new things, learn new things and gain new skills, etc.
What helped you?
Keeping myself motivated and focused, especially on what I desired is what helped me not care about not having a comfort zone or if I did have one, and never realized it, I didn’t care about being in that particular zone.

Based on the mental challenges you pushed through despite being in a wheelchair and not being able to leave your comfort zone along with ALL the love you get here which I’ve noticed is more than anyone else here - I mean look at all the pen pals threads you have here and all the threads others have created here that are dedicated to you and all the positive comments people post when talking about or replying to you - in many ways you’re already not only better than me but also better than a lot of others including those that aren’t part of this community.

Ha! I did not step out, but was carried away by ambulance and officially sick on the long term.
What helped me was to trust all the medical staff who took care of me and the fact that I now live in a country where medical care, nurse care, medication and peri-medical care is all FREE due to... socialized medicine.

I was answering forum questions on Yahoo Answers and they changed the format so it was difficult to use so I heard from a guest at another site that there was a 7 Cups Of Tea site that helped people so I chekced it out in 2015. I knew right away that I wanted to be a listener so I did the training and completed it.
What helped you? My determination to help others motivated me and helped me succeed.
