Fristo back at another lovely growth path filled with all things validating, loving and kind. The USP is that it is all in simple language, and in brief statements. Outstanding job creating this Listener growth path, it sums up and highlights the most important facts and tips to being the most supportive Listener
In 7 Cups credit is never given to Carl Rogers as the creator of Active Listening (in the late 50s), discoverer of its rationale and who established the rules for applying it in real life and which are used in 7 Cups. This implies that 7 Cups invented Active Listening, and this is not true.

This is perfect Fristo!! You can tell how much care and thoughtfulness went into creating this path. I feel this covers all the basis. I would have loved to have had this at the beginning of my Listener Journey. Although, I feel, I and other Listeners, can still learn so much from it as well. It’s a great refresher for Listeners who come back after a break as well! Thank you for all the hard work you do <3
