Stay calm and not panic easily. Learn to take a deep breath slowly and slowly think of happy thoughts.

Breathe deeply. Notice the things around you. Try to name a sight, sound, smell, touch and taste to bring you back to the present moment. It may also be worth looking into what the cause is behind the panic attacks and see if there is anything you can do ( with support) to ease it.

It's flight or fight response that your body reacts to,it's completely normal, however,if it intervenes with your daily life,it has to be dealt with as soon as possible,as it progress it,the symptoms might become worse by time. The trick to stop a panic attack is,is being in a panic mode does really help you,or makes you happy,or it helps with something?Remember, panic or anxiety solves nothing,it's only endless thinking that goes literally to nowhere...The best is to just accept that it's panic attack and not the real event,it's your brain what's messing with you and you have you accept it that it's not real,it's all in your brain, and however incase something happens prior to the panic attack or after it,PANIC SOLVES NOTHING and NEITHER IT HELPS,it's just that when you are panicking, you are no thinking about the solution that could solve the present problem, you are thinking about panic itself so you distance yourself from the reality. In order to make sure that you are in touch with reality, think like that, did those events in your head actually going to happen the exact way you thinking about ?No it's not, because in reality what happens,if something happens,it's not gonna be what you thought was the worst, because you could not predicted it,neither do something about it,since there is no need for that. The best way to manage your panic attack is to make sure you are in touch with reality, like what's going on in the world in the present time,or what's going on outside,or what your family is doing, when you starting to focus on the things that are physically there like people for example, you gain confidence again to manage your panic attacks,as you distract yourself from the thoughts that making you panic and you reconnect to the reality again, remember,if you wan't to know if it's real or not, neither ways are someone or you gonna get hurt or appear in a bad place or situation, because if you were in a bad place or situation, you wound't be thinking about it,you would have already been done dealing with those situations as you were focusing directly at dealing and not thinking.Hope this helps.
