I'd like to meet new people when I have time. But I have social anxiety and that gets in the way. Any tips/skills I could practice?

maybe you should practice things like eye contact and expressions in the mirror!
record ur voice and see how it sounds like while speaking
how to you usually stutter?
or trying out things like acting and voice acting
anything that makes you more aware about the way you speak should work out
that would most likely make you more confident in ur own body language and way of speaking!
after you get a little more confident with that
you could try talking to ppl online and trying out voice calls!
and you'd slowly start to get use to interaction
and never worry abut the other person's opinion about you alright?
hope this helped
