I'm a socially anxious person and end up staying a lot. I find it very hard to leave home after a week or so causing issues with studies and work. What should i do?

Try taking small steps forward! Start by going on a smaller walk when feeling anxious. When you feel comfortable doing that you can move on to maybe going to a nearby store and buy something or just walk around the aisle for a couple minutes. Take baby steps towards your goal. Put up daily goals for yourself. For example, today I will go for a walk and I will smile at 5 people. Tomorrow I will go to the store and I will smile and say thank you to the cashier. You’re stronger than you think, you can get through this.

Try setting yourself a routine even set an alarm what time you want to go to bed at maybe try 10 then 9 a good night sleep will help . Talk to your boss about it . Maybe read a book before bed also it helps me . Maybe when your off work or aint studying try going for walks I know its hard but it will for sure help and talk to people even saying hi to a stranger . The little things will help you. Join a gym . Study groups anything your interested in . Hope this helps
