I'm stressed and feel emotionally defeated. I don't know what to do?

Take everything one day at a time. Realize that just because you didn't get everything accomplished in one day, it doesn't mean that you failed. Even the smallest daily achievements are something to be proud of, and by feeling happy and content with what you did accomplish, instead of defeated by what you couldn't do will relieve some of the stress you feel and help to relieve some of the negative emotional energy you feel.
