A mechanism called 'knowing that it won't last forever'. meaning that one day you will get to choose to live in a place that's exactly how you want it to be, and one day in that place YOU won't allow ANYONE to be a bully.

Finding support from trustworthy friends, attempting conflict resolution with the bully / bullies if safe to attempt, practicing good salt care. and reaching out to your parents, Teachers and/ or school social worker or psychologist if appropriate for your situation.

Realize that bullying is ignorance, or lack of knowledge. Be confident in who you are as a person and don't let words bring you down! "Sticks and stones may break my bones but names will never hurt me"

id say, writing your feelings down then burning them or tearing them up. you could draw if you like to. you could also listen to music really loud and sing along with it. honestly it always helped me. if you havent told anyone id recomend you to. just ask anonymously :)

Tell everyone who will believe you. The more people trying to prevent it the better. If worst comes to worst leave school.

Try to be more confident and ignore everything they say. This helped me a lot. When I started ignoring the bully's they started to become more and more uninterested in picking on me. Also when I gained some confidence I earned some respect... So the bullying reduced significantly ...

I suggest the foremost thing would be to stop being afraid. As an individual, you should know you can always ask for help from your peers or from authority. Remember, you are not alone. And nobody said you are inferior. Look around and take time to realize how the bullies are nothing more than people like you and me. The only thing that gives them power is your fear. Never let anyone disregard you. If you have been bullied in the past, it is important for you to understand that you are as important as anyone else. You should feel confident about yourself, that you are capable of being emotionally strong. It shall help you cope up with memories of the past.
