From personal experience, I have cried for many reasons. Being pressured, feeling left out or not being able to fit in, being depressed, these were all hard times but I believe if we all talk to one another we can get through this

There could be a lot of reasons for crying: hormones, a thought/worry in the back of your mind, stress, sensitivity, etc. Or there could just be no reason, sometimes that happens too.

Crying is a natural response to many different situations. Usually, when a person cries excessively it is probably because there is an underlying emotional issue that needs to be addressed. However, crying can also be a symptom of other problems such as: depression, anxiety, grief, or hormonal imbalances. These can all be possible causes to why you feel compelled to cry. It might be of great benefit to seek a support group or the aide of a professional counselor if you feel that these bouts are interfering with your ability to function on a daily basis. But please remember: There is no shame in crying. It's a natural response to pain and stress. It's a way for your body to cope with some intense feeling. Regardless of how much you cry, where you cry or who you are around, no one has the right to harass you about it. You're entitled feel your own emotions.

There could be a multitude of things causing you to cry. The best answer would be to ask yourself what you're thinking about when you begin to cry. That can help you determine what may be wrong!

Do you feel unsatisfied, lonely? Is there something that seems off or missing? Sometimes, even if you don't notice that's where the cause lies

you are hurt and the only way you think you can cope with this problem is by crying.. crying is not wrong but when you cry try to fix the problem rather than having to cry continuously and whatever it is you are crying more is not fixed

Anxiety and possibly depression may be a cause of this because of all of the stress you may be put under.

Sometimes we don't know the reasons for our mood swings. They can have biological causes like hormones or worries that we try to not let out. Talking about it might help.

the sense of loneliness may sometimes cause you to be upset and cry. crying is a mechanism to let out frustration. so its okay to cry!

Are you under any stress with work or home life, relationship issues?... there are days when we can be overwhelmed with emotions and just burst into tears and never actually understand or know why we just did that.. Sometimes we just feel like there is no reason and just put it down to having a bad day. Maybe try speaking to a doctor or a counselor on a 1 to 1 session can be beneficial because we don't always know why things are happening on the surface sometimes there are deeper routed meanings or reasons for why we feel the way we do..
