It seems they're not really good friends, if they make fun of you. I don't know why, but I suggest talking to them about it, or finding people that are actually nice to you.
Fact that your friends make fun of you is a sign that they aren't your true friends. Making fun of someone is one of many symptoms of bullying. True friends don't bully their friends, it means that they don't make fun of them. It would be great if you rethink whether you really need these friends and whether you can get new friends and live some time without any friends until you find friends who Will really be worthy of title "friend". It is ok to be a bit choosy when you are searching for friends. Many friend relationships can at first look promising, but then it comes out that they are no go. Better to stop these no go relationships as soon as possible and search for another friends. It is better to be without friends than with "friends" who bully you making fun of you. You deserve better friends.
