My husband is always gone. He works 7 days a week, most days from 9:30 am to 9 pm. He doesn't act like he wants to be home. How can I stop feeling like I need to find attention from somewhere else?

That certainly sounds challenging for your relationship! I think we all have times we want solitude and times we want companionship even in marriages. So it can be frustrating when we are in situations where we crave the opposite of what we are currently experiencing! I find the best way to stay positive is to balance the two by remembering your feelings are important and you shouldn't have to always bury them for the sake of what's going on....allowing yourself to stop, take a breath, and say "I feel like taking a break from this" is okay and healthy. Letting the people around you know how you're feeling is always a good step!
Communication is key and I can tell you from my experience that As soon as I felt my significant other stepping out on me, I knew I deserved more and I deserve better because I put 100% into my relationships and I deserve the same. A lot of people are very self-involved and don’t realize that they’re hurting by just staying when they don’t want to. It doesn’t mean that you are or is it doesn’t mean anything badly towards you it just means people grow apart in my opinion. If you feel the need to find a tension somewhere else, This might be a conversation between the two of you
