I don't trust any of my friends as a result of something that happened around 4 months ago.. What should I do because I don't want to be close friends with anyone?

Trust is a delicate thing that needs to be earned. It is completely okay to not trust those around you. You can still make bonds and build relationships with others regardless of your trust in them.
