Ask yourself why you are anxious, is it because you think you are jealous or you feel like your boyfriend doesn’t value you as much. The reasons for insecurity can be many. You need to figure out why you are insecure, how you can not feel insecure. If your boyfriend is supportive, talk to him as well. Know that everyone needs to have their space, you do as well. Try to analyze if you can do something fun for yourself when he goes out. See how you can make yourself love spending time with yourself. Hope this is of some help.

Just start by taking a deep breath and out. Remind yourself that not only did you two choose each other, but that you deserve love and a beautiful partnership. Trust is one of the hardest parts of a relationship, but it's so important in order to fully be with someone else. Something that might help at the beginning is finding an activity that brings you joy, either reading a good book, watching a new show, or talking with a friend. Finding a bit of happiness and distraction can lessen this anxiety. Also, just being honest with him and saying how you feel can also be impactful. Letting those thoughts and feelings go and onto someone who wants you trust can also help with anxiety.
