Life can be messy. Sometimes you need a little support to make your way through it. I love to help guide people through their challenges & to find the beauty in our messes.

One thing that I've learned that is obvious but grounding, you can not control the actions of others but only your own. They can reach out but you have the choice whether or not you reach back. You have that choice in what you say or do. If you're in an unstable mindset then it would be best to stay away until you gain some clarity and make sense of your feelings. You don't have to engage, especially if you're not ready. Take care.
