...See more Hi, i am 32 female ,my first marriage ended because my bil was harrasing me all the etime and i asked my husband to make things right and talk to hs brother but he left me alone ,then i got married again but this guy was cheating on m efrom day one ,i spent 5 years with the first one and then 4 years with 2nd one ,i was not allowed to go outside ,not allowed to talk to my siblings ,in both mrgs i was the one who was serving and giving love and care but it drain me all ,now i am separated from my 2nd husband i found out his many affairs ,now i started my study again and trying to build my life again ,but sometimes i wonder why i was not choosen for love ,why this happened to me just why ,i dont know

...See more Hi everyone, I don't even know where to begin. I have gotten myself in a mess and I can't seem to get out. 😔 I'll try to make this short and sweet. After I separated from my ex husband of 14 yrs I met this oh so charming man who was in my city working. He lived 8.5 hours from me. I fell head over heels for him. He was everything I ever wanted (so I thought). He was amazing, I guess you could say he loved bombed me. Big time. After working months in my city he goes back to his hometown... I notice and I have this feeling something is off, especially when we are video chatting he looks nervous. I thought maybe I'm just in my head and it's nothing. My intuition was right. A woman had messaged me a few days after. Asking me I am talking to her "husband" (they aren't married) I don't reply, instead I confront him. He told me not to respond and it's nothing. His famous words it's nothing. 🙄 Fast-forward to now, 4 years later. We are still together. Throughout the years we spend most of our time meeting in hotels and sometimes he comes here to my house. It just depends on where he's working. I'll go there to visit etc. I'm at the point or I have been for a while. I just want out. I have tried to leave a few times. He always manipulates me back in. One time I ended it he drove all those hours here and was waiting at my work and begged me to stay. Second time- same thing and chased me throughout my city, he was crying begging me not to leave. This guy is very controlling, wants to be on the phone 24/7, has to know everything I am doing, does not want me communicating with my kids father or friends. He has isolated me and he doesn't even fuckin live in the same state!! I have lost my job because of him . The list goes on. Like what the fuck am I doing.. I feel like when I leave him... My kids and I are going out of state.. I will have to do this on my own. I hope you can make sense of all of this. I just need someone to talk to you know . 🥺 And advice. please be kind. ❤️

Spiritual baths are known by many names, including ritual baths, bath rituals, bath spells, spell baths, and cleansing baths. On the surface level, they are just like any other kind of soak. After all, most people already spice up their bath time with candles and herbs. However, the practice of ritual bathing has an even deeper meaning and benefit. ...See more Hey there, 35+ people! Here's our weekly check-in post. How are you all doing today? I hope you are doing well. This time of year is often a popular time for graduations and end-of-school-year celebrations. Because of that, many people are often looking back at what they’ve accomplished so far, at where they’ve come from, and thinking about their goals and plans for the future. There is a song called “Dear Younger Me [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-l70C3ePyIQ]” (you can listen to it here [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-l70C3ePyIQ] if you’d like) that talks about what you might say to your younger self, in hindsight, knowing everything that you know now, but didn't know yet, back then. It has some powerful reminders in the lyrics, like “It’s not your fault”, and “my pain should have never been my worth”. I’m sure we have all learned some valuable, important, and possibly difficult life lessons along our life journeys…. Community Guidelines

The following are the guidelines which are specific to the 35 & Over Community. We ask you to follow them, as well as the Forum Guidelines. Their purpose is to ensure a safe and supportive environment for everyone.

The main goal of this sub-community is to offer support and a space to share and socialize, for the 7 Cups users who are 35 years old, or older. After reaching a certain age, people have specific life concerns that might not be shared by people who don't have as much life experience.
However, age isn't a requirement to participate in our sub-community.

All Adults are welcome!


However, please understand that teens as young as 13 years old can access these forums, so please keep topics appropriate.

So please:
- Reach out for support from your member account
- Offer support as a member or listener
- Be respectful to everyone
- Add a trigger warning  [TW] if your topic needs it
- Take care of yourself
- Take care of others
- Have fun!
