Hello everyone, let's get this game flowing. This is a Would You Rather? Chain Reaction game. Here's how it plays:
Here is how it goes:
- The first participant starts the chain by posting a "Would You Rather?" question-related to trust.
- Example: Would you rather always know the truth from a friend, even if it hurts, or be happy in blissful ignorance?
- The next participant replies by choosing between the two options in the previous question and explaining their reasoning. Then, they ask a new "Would You Rather?" question with a trust theme.
- We keep the chain going, each participant responding to the previous question and adding their twist!

Someone who I know is always lying is less dangerous than those who tells the truth half the time.

the only judgment that matters to me is my own,
others are always welcomed to have their own beliefs/opinions about
things, but that doesn't mean that I should always have the same.

I would prefer to have a person I can trust everything with but that person either doesn't exist or I haven't found them yet. Unless you count God but the question seemed aimed towards humanity. So I would have to say trust people with what you know they can do.

Would you rather live on a planet in complete darkness 24/7 or never-ending sunlight?
@Olive1Q82 sunlight, because you can make a space lightproof and dark, but sunlight is too important to not have. We need to vitamin D, food needs to grow etc. So I would just rather close some super good blinds when at home.

@sadcat13 i would rather be the villain, because heroes aren't usually allowed to be angry as all heck for what's been done to them, but anti-heroes and sympathetic villains get that kind of treatment. i don't want to be noble or forgiving if i don't feel like i should be. i want to be honest about how hurt i've been.

Definitely trust my gut feeling over logic. Our gut never lies, it can always sense hidden intentions of people & most importantly how they make us feel. Being around people who make us feel good is important.
@ASilentObserver I usually use a mixture of gut feelings and hard facts, but if I had to go on one, I would say my gut.

I think to be fair to the person, I'd go based off of evidence at first. But i've realised my gut is always right long-term!

Reading minds is like standing outside a window, overhearing whispers, always a little detached, always the observer. But to feel what someone else feels, to have their joys crackle through my skin, their grief sit heavy in my chest, their quiet hopes stir inside me, that is intimacy in its rawest form. It is terrifying, because their pain would cut as deep as my own, but it is also beautiful, because it would make me endlessly human. To carry another’s truth not as knowledge but as sensation, that is to dissolve the line between you and me.
