Recognize Goodness with the "Caught You Kind" Campaign!

Our caring community is at work each day, supporting and uplifting each other through various acts of compassion. Listeners, leaders, and members alike - it could be anyone contributing positively, demonstrating our values, and making a difference through little acts.
So, I'm refreshing the very successful Caught You Kind campaign I launched last year!

Have you witnessed someone taking time to help talk someone down in a room, or noticed someone answering questions in the forums? Someone may have sent you a personalized message when you needed it. These moments of going above and beyond should be captured when they’re seen, and I challenge you all to note them and share them here!
Tag the person, “catching them” in the act of kindness, and with every tag let’s pay it forward, one good deed at a time.
Let's make this thread a thriving representation of our community's heartwarmingly giving spirit!
caught some more lovelies looking out for our newbies in the welcome thread who deserved to be thanked! I see you! I appreciate you and so do our new members who you inspire by embodying the compassion our community stands by!

thank you so much for the kind words on my postings. I try to find topics to help educate us more, fill in the voids we may have and overall make it a pleasure to read
@daydreammemories
Thank you. 😊
The kindness is a superpower I would say. It is the thread which binds many of us here. The kindness is the soft one with strong powers. The kindness is a collective force.
I would like to tag two people here for their constant support and always being kind.
@Amanda84 - We have never talked much in 1-1 chat or any other form. However, I see all your kindness through the reply posts you make in many posts. Your responses are always kind and powerful. You are always polite. Thank you for all the support you bring in!
@SparkyGizmo - It is always great to have you around in LSR as we mostly meet there. You are the one person who is constantly there to support and encourage many of us. The words of appreciation you send are always like an award. Thank you for all the support and the colors you bring in!
@Sirpi
Thank you so much, I appreciate your kind words, I hope you have a nice day 🥰
@Sirpi
Hi Superrrr Sirpiiiiii! 😊 ❤️
I really cannot thank you enough my sweet friend! ❤️ It's an honor and a privilege to work along side of you! I gotta' say, you are fast, strong, smart and kind. You are the total package 🎁 that is bringing the heat and bringing the noise in the LSR!!!
I respect and admire you and any day I see you in the LSR, I know it's going to be a good one! 🌞
Thank you for "being the example" in that room. Many of us have so very much to learn from you. I for one, truly enjoy your leadership style. For me, it's a thing of beauty to witness one of my teammates that is so consistent and consistently good!
I've really enjoyed sitting back, witnessing your growth, watching you "play the keys" with me being just a bit of back ground music. I guess we as humans just really love to be right, now don't we? hahah haha Well, I guess that goes for me too when I've had the opportunity to see so much amazing talent come in the front door around here, to watch, to wait and to simply bask in your glow🌟 and I've had the privilege of doing that for quite awhile now as, you got this!
One of our 7 cups core values is *high warmth and high expectations*. What that means to me is being incredibly knowlegeable, having the skills, having access to the right information and giving it freely to others while providing it in such a kind way. A way that isn't off putting, cold, demanding, scary or angry. It is a bit rare around here to see someone that is so incredibly effective at both. You are highly skilled in both ways.
High expectations are wonderful however if you are delivering information in a way that is less than warm, others stop listening. They won't gravitate towards you, seek the information from you. Over time people have a way of shutting you out, shutting you down and don't want to learn from you.
High warmth is wonderful. Nothing wrong with that at all. Gee, the least we could do around here is to be nice to one another! I don't think that's a lot to ask. Being nice is being nice and if you don't have skills to "pull up the back" with the kindness, well, might not make for such a highly effective leader either.
Superrrr Sirpppiiii got the special sauce! I am so very grateful for you! ❤️ Keep rockin' the house. Stay great my friend and it will be quite easy for you to do so as it seems to be your natural inclination. 😊 ❤️
*high fives* 😊 big *hugs*❤️ And as always, Weeeeeeeeeee-weeeeeeeeeeee! 😊
@SparkyGizmo
sorry for text showing up in red. I took the recommendation to change a mispelling of a word that I used and then the rest just went alllllll in red text.
I feel bad for my little red squiggly line under my mispelled words. Me thinks one day they might get mad and just run away. Seems to be phase 1 of their revolt.......haha hahaha hahahah 😊
@SparkyGizmo
The colors are your trademark. It will never offend me however it comes! :) . We like all the colors you bring in! :)
@Sirpi
❤️❤️❤️
@SparkyGizmo
Thank you so much for those words there. Your message itself is an example of what I have mentioned about you in the post. You are always the award giver. :)
@Sirpi
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
@Sirpi
There's a great reason to hang around in the LSR room more - to spend time around @SparkyGizmo! Thanks for the tip 😀.
@Clio9876
That was sooooo incredibly sweet of you, Clio! 😊 ❤️ Thank you! ❤️ Your post is the very first thing I get to see when signing onto the platform today. I am most grateful! ❤️
I hope I get the opportunity to see you too in the LSR sometime.
*high fives* 😊 and *hugs* ❤️
I value every and any opportunity to be grateful for kindness big and small.
But I miss the peer appreciation program.
Because sometimes I do want to be grateful and appreciate someone for something I can't classify as kindness.
It might have been their courage in the face of troubles, that inspired me to face my own troubles, for example.
I guess I should just see their sharing as an act of kindness.
Thank you for giving me this space to ruminate and realise that I love and appreciate you all. 💜
@Clio9876
Your statement is a message to all those you appreciate, whether they ever see it or not. By writing such a thoughtful post, you are giving a positive influence to all who read it. Maybe that is exactly the sort of thing that those you wished to recognise would have wanted? Ripples of kindness spreading out further and further, far beyond the initial act that generated them.
check out these sweethearts I caught being kind to our newbies in our official welcome thread!
