Your chatroom list will now list the rooms in the order in which you last visited them. The room you visited most recently will appear at the top of your chatroom list!
We wnat to help you get into the rooms you like the most faster, with more ease and accesibility!
@Laura i prefer alphabetical order. I know then which room is exactly where. It's getting frustrating to scroll through carefully all through to find a room.
Not sure if this is plausible, but how about having the top 3 most recently visited rooms listed at the top, followed by the usual list of all chatrooms in alphabetical order so that they can still be arranged properly and easily found.
@LilGreenBird it would already be a lot better, i would take healthy living and disability rooms on top all the time. the third one would be the last visited?
@vivelespatates - we also hope to give people a way to "pin" or "star" or "favorite" certain rooms or chats and have them always appear either at the top or in their own list...
@KrinkTheMellowUnicorn I feel let the rooms be stabled alphabetically as many newbies might find it hard just provide the option you mentioned. Let it be optional

Krink hi I'm not trying to be negative here well it may sound that way. But please can you change it back? You are it's an issue and it made me deal with anxiety dealing with a discussion then having to answer a pm related to discussion. Went back and I thought my room was gone. I totally forgot the change. Please can it to back or at least give us the option how we would like it? It's appreciated
@RumpleSteeleSkin - sorry it gave you extra anxiety my friend. we're listening and we understand the change is not a good thing for some users and their habits and preferred ways of getting around so give us time to hear from everyone who has feedback and i promise we will come up with a solution that works.

Personally I love this update, because as a Chatroom Teen Star, I use TL the most and so now I know that it will automaticall be on the top unless I visit another room. @Laura
However I do see why some people would prefer the alphabetical order!
Perhaps what @KrinkTheMellowUnicorn suggested would be a great idea! It would really be helpful to pin the rooms we want for them to appear first!
Or maybe even an open in Settings to have it displayed the way you want would help keep more people satisfied? :D <3

Hey all,
I've decided to withhold final "judgement" on this change until after I try it for awhile. I am guessing it might be nice because before I used to have to scroll down, and press the down-for-more-rooms arrow, and scroll down more .... I hope this might be a welcome change.
Again, I want to try this out at least for a few days before knocking the whole idea down :(
I don't know how practical this is but giving members (and listeners) the option to see the change ahead of time - or at least read about it - and maybe even vote of how the individual would prefer, this would feel better to me - as though I have an actual voice in changing site update stuff.

I would rather have the ability to pin them in certain order or something like that, like others said, when room hopping this can get confusing. Also, I sometimes have more than one tab open at a time with different rooms, it sounds like this will be confusing switching.
I do like the idea that everyone isn't stuck with the default alphabetical order though, will be nice for those who spend a fair bit of time in rooms near the bottom of the list.
Im confused on this, really. If youre a mod and you just went in so many different rooms to mod, then this wouldnt be helpful. Alphabetical order makes the most sense in this case. It doesnt always on here but in this situation, it really does. If youre going in every room to let them know about your discussion, then your whole list is flipped flopped. This update will become very confusing very fast. It could also end up reducing speeds which mods respond to rooms because of this weird order. Knowing the order of the rooms helped a lot. Now there is no order; just rooms in when you were in them last :-/

From point of view,it is a good thing but many times people are not able to find certain rooms,so i direct through the map of the stabled rooms but now,it might be hard and in the morning I got confused
@JovialOne I hear what you are saying. But there is an easy way to find your room by name.
For instance you are looking for Depression.
You hold down CTRL key and press F
Then in that box you type "Depression"
Then click on the arrows to the right of that box with "Depression" typed in it.
The word "Depression" is highlighted on the page and you can keep clicking till you see the room you want
Then click on the room you want.
Works on any page at 7cups if the text is visible
@soulsings,for me,its a good thing. My only problem is I will have trouble in explaining people the position of the rooms,thats the only issue otherwise I love this update,I dont visit all rooms,I visit only certain rooms 
and one more thing I use macbook so Ctrl+F wont work for me lol
@JovialOne command F works on Mac! Any control- option will work the same on Mac with command-

Thats way too much trouble to have to get into a room and not everyone has the option to do that 
@PoliteOcean I hear you. My initial enthusiasm for this change has waned. Making announcements of discussions in Group Support Chat Rooms is seriously more difficult with rooms jumping around.
Fortunately they are talking about pinning rooms to the top that we visited in last week. How does that sound to you?

Yes... I have actually read that yesterday.. I was behind on reading everyone's comments to this thread (other than the initial announcement itself)..
It surely is more confusing making announcements for discussions now! lol..Totally agreed.
The new update will be much nicer.
OMG! I can tell that my room list will be a mess with this update. I usually wander around the rooms and visit them literally one-by-one just to know what's going on in each room. And yeah as what they said above, it isn't really that convenient to mods unless a mod is just modding a specific room. And knowing that adult-teen listeners and leaders have access to specific additional rooms, this is not really a good idea for them.
