8 years ago I got into a car accident and haven't driven since. How do I overcome my fear of driving?

I'm sorry to hear you have been in a car accident 8 years ago. It's okay to feel afraid to drive again. Try having someone in the car with you that you are close and comfortable with and driving in the parking lot where no one else is may help. Just take one day at a time and don't feel the rush to drive far or for too long. Do it as often you like until you start getting more relaxed. Then maybe one day you could take your car down a slow neighborhood and drive there.
