What do you believe is causing your anger? Are there specific circumstances or times that this happens? Try to identify anything that triggers your anger and Once you can identify that you may be able to learn some ways to control it. Do you think that there are ways you can document when you are feeling angry and then look back on it and see if that helps you figure out what triggers your anger? Has anyone ever confronted you about your anger when you have done or said something during an angry period? Has that helped in anyway ? Or would that help if someone could give you feed back?
