I don't know how I can answer this for you, and know the right answer as I don't know you. Maybe it can be the people you are around don't appreciate you, and don't see the good in you. It could be low self esteem. It is different in everyone. I hope that you have someone you trust that you can talk with on this.

Always know that you did your 110% and whatever the outcome is at least you tried.
Try to not be too hard on urself, I know its easier said than done.
It really depends on the people and environment that you surround urself with as well.
Try to look at things in a better and more positive perspective and surround urself with positive people.
