I have helped and am helping people cope with loss, divorce, anguish and parenting. Depression is also a major issue that comes up.

That is sadness. I am not doctor and cannot diagnose you with depression but I can relate when I was clinically depressed (I am not telling you). I have been there when nothing could just fill me up and I felt like I was screaming in a crowded room but nobody would even care to look up to actually see me. I highly recommend you speak to a professional about this or if you find just venting to help. But please, you are taking an amazing step just talking a little bit about it so keep going! Each day you move more and talk more about it, is a day to feel proud of yourself.
