Life can be messy. Sometimes you need a little support to make your way through it. I love to help guide people through their challenges & to find the beauty in our messes.

Sometimes people can feel this way because they perhaps aren't responsible for anything in particular. Some people may be responsible for the lives of their pets, others may be concerned with how people where they work would get along without them. I would say to try and find something like these that you can put your mind to and achieve a sense of purpose.

Perhaps a loss of momentum or change in your life has brought this in to your mind. Sometimes our mind can get super cluttered and it's hard to focus on your wellbeing a purpose which can commonly lead to ignorance and just not caring about life. It's okay, it's normal, we all have down times where stuff seems meaningless, but to recognise this and then turn it into a reflection or an opportunity to change or find balance again is where it is important. Clouds come and it rains but they go away, it's fleeting. Try surrounding yourself with people and activities that try and spark back some interest. If it's been ongoing, therapy may be good to knuckle down on the science of why you are feeling the way you are. Wishing you all the best!
