My ex boyfriend just got a broken foot. I feel really bad for him, but I don't know what to do. What should I do?

I am sorry to hear about your boyfriend's accident. That must be a difficult situation to be in. It is compassionate of you to look for ideas and things to help in. The first suggestion I have is to consult with any directives from his medical team. So, what will his care needs be- is there medication, will there be rehab, how can he clean the area properly, etc. Next, perhaps you could think about some things he enjoys and prepare a care package for him that could include favorite foods, media (reading material, movies, music), and or buy him an app he likes. This should give you a good start in helping him get comfortable, healthy, and busy as he goes through the steps (pun intended!) in his recovery. Lastly, know that your support and care will mean a great deal and spending money is not necessary! It is so kind of you to think of him.
