We present to you Peer Appreciation Program where you can observe and appreciate good qualities in a 7cups peer. The peer could be any fellow cupser- a fellow member, a fellow listener, anyone on cups basically or yourself, yes, you can appreciate yourself as well. Read more about it Here (clickable). ❤
If you take time to observe and talk about a good quality in another, then that quality starts becoming a part of your personality.

Very Special post for our amazing and lovely @SirenOfSerenity from the amazing @lyricalAngel70
Supportive: I have been recently struggling with some topics such as sexual chats, domestic violence, self-harm, and psychosis. I was looking forward to having some useful resources and improving myself. There were a few other mentors who got back to me but it wasn't what I was looking for. Either I couldn't make them understand my issues or they were not familiar with the topic. Anyhow, I got contacted by Serenity, and they not only provided me with the proper resources, guides, and links but also proposed that we could have a mock chat together! 😍 That was so thoughtful of them and I shall forever be grateful to them for their support. Bonus! They also told me that I could either improve myself on live mock chats or even fill up mock chat forms and get their feedback. (Something I wasn't aware of earlier!) ♥️
Empathetic: By far, we have had a live mock chat on self-harm and they were truly supportive and empathetic. A big THANK YOU! 💜
Accountable: They have always been on time and they fulfill their commitments. KEEP IT UP 💙💚💜
