Hey I'm new here
Hello~ My name is Interlude, and technically, I joined this website in around 2015, but have only just started to propery engage and be active on here (as of December), so I would like to introduce myself properly this time :) I study Psychology, and was hit with some pretty tough times around 2015 which caused me to only use this website once or twice as an Active Listener, and then peace out, haha :) I'm now back with a whole lot of experience working with people of many different backgrounds on and around their mental health, as well as working on myself and my own mental health, and I can honestly say that being able to put my skills and experiences into practice as an Active Listener, and interacting with everyone in the community, has been such a positive experience! I can only hope to still be as active during exam season, but for now, I'm here to stay pretty much every day of the week :) It's nice to meet you all!

Hi all! Im a newbie, just joined yesterday! Im not too sure what Im looking for, maybe just a place to vent, but I find it VERY difficult to open up, so Im not so sure how Im going to overcome that. I also signed up to be a listener, because I think listening and helping others may help me learn how to open up with my own issues. Happy to be part of the community. ☺️

@niceAcai3932 you are not alone. I feel that way too. I think we need to find what makes us feel that way, what's missing and do something about it. Can't expect anyone or anything to make us happy.
