Hello. My name is Xenia and I'm new here. I'm very nervous and anxious to be here. I've never been properly diagnosed but I think I suffer from anxiety and an eating disorder. I have suffered some pretty bad trauma in the last 4 years. I decided I needed to get some help but I'm afraid to tell my parents about it. I'm afraid they will think less of me. My sister was in therapy but I've always been considered the "strong one" in my family. I'm always taking care of everybody else. I decided I needed a change and I found 7cups. I hope this all works out.
