Everything is being done to make me happy and I'm still not and I don't know why ?

Nobody is happy all the time. I know I'm not. When i feel especially down and nothing else is working, I make a list. Down one side of the paper I list all the good things in my life. Things I KNOW are good, my health, my family, my pets, etc....and down the other side all the things that are bad. The list of bad is always far shorter than the list of good and sometimes that helps. The other thing I like to do is place post it notes around my house when i feel good... they say things like I am beautiful and I will conquer today. Sometimes I forget where I put them and finding them can be a happy accident that boosts my mood.

I once heard a quote, that when what you feel, think, and do are in alignment, you will naturally feel better connected to your true being, and are happier being true to yourself. Perhaps the things you are doing now, aren't in alignment with your feelings or thoughts. Pay attention to your feelings, and thoughts, and see if your actions are following. When you come to a place where you can do this you may see a difference. Also see what is being done, and see if those things being done are things that you feel strongly about. If it is good, if not, maybe just doing isn't enough, you have to make sure they are in alignment with your true self, your thoughts/feelings.
