feeling like our days are running out can be immensely detrimental to our mental health and progression through our lives, every feeling is a valid feeling and its a wonderful thing to be able to feel these emotions and look at the root cause of why we are feeling this way, sometimes there could be aspects of our lives we have the ability to change and other times they may be aspects we have no control over. we may be unhappy with a relationship or work environment that are influences these feelings and sometimes it could just be a feeling of platueing in our areas of interest and thinking that we have been wasting too much time in other ares of our lives and wont have the chance to focus on them again completely.
