I try to keep a daily journal which helps me to track my thoughts, moods and emotions. When there is a day that feels overwhelming for no reason, I am able to identify why. Sometimes you may just have a sad day and that is okay. Do something that can nourish you emotionally or physically like a good, comforting meal or physical activity that raises your endorphins such as dancing or running. Maybe there are things happening in the future that is stressing us out. One can never know unless we are aware by keeping a daily record, practice moments of stillness and connection with positive emotions!
