Do you try to kill yourself when you get a fracture? No. You simply take the required medicines and give them rest. the brain is a part of your body, the chemicals released by the brain are also a part of our body. If those chemicals are sad, it simply means some aspects need to be rechecked. Emotional pain acts like an ocean, its wave keeps on coming, crashing, and going back. You will learn to accept both happy and sad days of your life and during sad ones, will have to stay a little stronger, have a little more hope, and a little more sensitivity towards yourself. Usually, the problem gets solved on its own. Just imagine all the beautiful memories that can be created, the opportunities provided, the laughter, the new connections, the new experiences, you will miss them all if you kill yourself today. Understood that emotional pain is more painful than a physical one, but this is the time period where you should seek help from your loved ones.
