Feeling depressed or anxious can be so overwhelming. I want to help you feel better and be able to enjoy life. You are not alone and you deserve emotional support.

It seems like you recognize that you do have positives in your life. Is it possible that you are focusing on the negatives more than the positives? Are the negatives weighing on you? Sometimes, when we worry a lot about certain things, we tend to think about them a lot, which can greatly upset us. When we tell ourselves to stop thinking about the negatives, we think about them even more. If the negatives bother you heavily, is there someone you can talk to about your concerns? Is there some way for you to make the negatives less stressful? Is it necessary to stress over the negatives and what role do they play in your life?
